Fist of fury! Chinese female Kung Fu master breaks bricks, performs astonishing feats of strength

28-year-old female Kung Fu master Yang Hui is seen performing feats of great physical strength, flexibility, balance and striking power, in footage from Baoshan City, Yunnan Province, on Wednesday.

“When I was very young, I was thin and weak, and I wanted to be strong and powerful. So I started practicing Kung Fu in my backyard,” said the young Chinese athlete who says she began training when she was just seven years old.

Footage shows her balancing atop high wooden poles in a wooded area, performing squats with logs held across her back, as well as push-ups and other feats of balance. She is also seen breaking a brick with her bare hands.

Yang Hui says her dream is to become a film star and will keep working hard to achieve her goal.

“I insist on practicing Kung Fu, hoping that one day I can meet a well-known director and take me to film movies, this is my biggest dream, I want to become a Kung Fu star," she commented.

Movies aside, Yang Hui explained that she likes to to challenge herself, as she also gets a personal sense of achievement from exploits.
