    Drivers were seen attempting to navigate a raging snowstorm in Norilsk on Tuesday.

    Footage shows cars, trucks and heavy machinery moving slowly through the blizzard, with one road service employee blown off his feet by the strong winds.

    The city authorities announced a storm warning on Tuesday, which was lifted later on Wednesday.

    The Norilsk - Kayerkan - Alykel route was closed to all vehicles due to the weather conditions, with the ban lifted for all except cars on Wednesday.
