As spring arrives in Hangzhou, tourists from all over China are flocking to see the city’s beautiful osmanthus fragrans tree garden, as seen in footage captured on Tuesday.

Stunning drone footage shows the grove in all its glory, with over 65 acres of perfectly pruned and rounded trees. Some have described the landscape as looking like something from a fairytale.

According to local media, there are as many as 3,000 osmanthus trees in the garden, which is located in the city’s Yuhang district.

The osmanthus fragrans tree is also known as the sweet olive, tea olive, and fragrant olive tree. They produce sweet-smelling flowers which bloom from September until mid-October.
