I ruff you! Dog owners help four-legged friends find 'the one' during loved-up White Day celebrations
Dog owners and their four-legged darlings gathered in Beijing on Monday for a blind date festival ahead of the White Day celebrations on March 14.
On the grounds of Sheng Lu vineyard, corgis and Shiba Inus were among many fluffy canines playing with toys or each other under the supervision of their owners, while musicians performed. Profiles of dogs looking for friends or girlfriends were displayed on an information board.
"I hope my dog can find his girlfriend and have a baby in the future to accompany him," said a visitor Liu.
According to Zhang Song, the marketing manager of Sheng Lu, more than 600 dogs and their owners participated in this two-day event.
Celebrated exactly one month after Valentine's Day, the White Day celebration sees those who received gifts on February 14 give reciprocal presents to their loved ones.
