    The President of the European Council Charles Michel greeted officials in Buenos Aires on Tuesday as he arrived in the Argentinian capital to take part in the Community of Latin American and Caribbean States (CELAC) summit.

    Michel later posed with various political leaders for a group picture.

    European Council President is expected to meet with the President of Colombia Gustavo Petro and the President of Brazil Lula da Silva later during the day.
