    An unusual art object in Khabarovsk 'has captured the likeness of German Chancellor Olaf Scholz and the EU flag' in a large ice cube.

    The footage, taken on Friday, shows the massive ice block encapsulating the cutout of Scholz and New Year's greetings on the frozen banks of the Amur River.

    The authors of the work, and their message, are still unknown.
