
Armenia: СSTO leaders arrive for summit
Leaders of CSTO (Collective Security Treaty Organisation) member countries arrived for their summit in Yerevan on Wednesday.
Footage shows Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan greeting the presidents of the other five countries, followed by a joint photograph.
Russia’s Vladimir Putin, Belarusian leader Alexander Lukashenko, Kazakhstan’s Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, Sadyr Zhaparov from Kyrgyzstan, and Tajikistan’s Emomali Rahmon are attending the meeting
The leaders are expected to discuss international and regional security issues; in particular, improving the CSTO crisis response system and joint measures to assist Armenia amid heightened tensions with Azerbaijan.
