    Russia: Aircraft take to Moscow sky in V-Day parade rehearsal

    Air show rehearsal for the Victory Day parade took place in Moscow on Saturday.

    According to the Russian Defence Ministry, 77 aircraft and helicopters took part in the training over Red Square, including the Mikoyan MiG-29 fighter aircraft and the Tupolev Tu-95 strategic bomber.

    As reported, 33 parade groups with a total of 11,000 servicemen and 77 aircraft were involved in the preparation of the Moscow V-Day parade.

    The Victory Parade will traditionally be held on May 9 in Moscow and other Russian cities.
