Father of three forges martial arts prodigies at home boot camp in China
Kung Fu amateur and father of three Liu Long, has set his sights on martial arts excellence for his three children and has begun training them in Kung Fu, as seen near their home in Xuzhou, on Saturday.
Liu's two daughters, 12 and ten years old, and his little 8-year-old son learned to perform various Kung Fu moves and techniques, including balance and strength exercises, as well as routines with swords and staffs. The little warriors have got their first awards despite their young age.
"Before the kids started Kung Fu practice, they were in poor health, especially my son. He used to go to hospital every month, the father recalled saying "The Kung Fu helps they to build up the healthy body and they have formed good habits in daily life, like helping their mother and grandmother for housework."
