WBO featherweight champion Shakur Stevenson knocked out Felix Caraballo in Las Vegas on Tuesday, as televised boxing returned after a coronavirus lockdown-induced break.
The 22-year-old Stevenson defeated his Puerto Rican rival Caraballo in the sixth round of their bout at the MGM Grand Conference Center Grand Ballroom, with the match playing out to empty seats due to coronavirus precautions.
With a capacity for over 16,000 people, the boxers punches could be heard clearly, unmuffled by the empty seats around.
