      Snow place like home! Dog digs his way back through massive snow drifts

      There’s snow way to stop the snowdog Marty from digging his way home, even if fully submerged in snow in Tashtagol in the Kemerovo region, footage from Sunday shows.

      Marty can be seen digging his way home through the massive snowdrifts, helping his owner get home when snow removal equipment couldn’t cope with the massive snowfall that hit the region.

      At least 1.5 metres of snow hit the area within two days on December 7 and 8, causing many roads to close.
