Venezuela: Guaido continues to rally against Maduro in Caracas
The President of the Venezuelan National Assembly and self-declared "Interim-President" Juan Guaido led an opposition rally in Caracas on Tuesday, against the government of Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro, amid accusations for the responsibility in the massive blackout that affected the country over the previous four days.
Guaido arrived at the rally in the east of the country's capital before hundreds of protesters and accused the Venezuelan government for the national power cut.
The opposition leader assured that "all the options are on the table" and that they expect international cooperation, but that they must stay "in the streets" protesting to change the country's situation.
