Austria: Inter Milan defeats Rapid Vienna at Europa League clash

Rapid Vienna players expressed their disappointment for losing 0-1 to Inter Milan at the Europa League clash in Vienna on Thursday.

Argentine striker Lautaro Martinez scored a penalty minutes before halftime and brought victory to his team.

Rapid players and coach Dietmar Kuhbauer expressed their frustration over losing, despite presenting a strong defence.

"What is a bit annoying is that Inter was of course the better team, and they did have better chances than we did. But luckily not so many, because our defence was strong," Kuhbauer said.

Inter coach Luciano Spalletti praised Lautaro Martinez, who scored the winning goal, saying: "he was a very good striker today."
