
Argentina: Russia wins GOLD in judo and swimming at 2018 Youth Olympics
Russian judoka Irena Khubulova and swimmer Daria Vaskina were among the athletes to win gold medals during the fourth day of the 2018 Youth Olympics in Buenos Aires on Monday.
While Khubulova won the gold medal in the women's under 52 Kilogram category in judo, Vaskina took home the gold in the Women's 100m backstroke in swimming.
Romanian judoka Adrian Sulca beat Czech athlete Martin Bezdek for the gold medal in the men's under 81 Kilogram category and Hungarian judoka Szofi Ozbas was crowned champion in the women's under 63 Kilogram gold.
Tomoe Hvase of Norway won the gold medal for the Individual 200 meters Medley Relay and Lithuanian swimmer Agne Seleikaite was awarded the gold for the Women's 50 metre breaststroke.
