      MMA fighters Conor McGregor and Khabib Nurmagomedov held open workouts in Las Vegas on Wednesday, just three days ahead of their bout at UFC 229.

      In front of fans and journalists, both fighters practised grappling and stand-up techniques before addressing the crowd briefly.

      "I'm going to come out the gate fast, I don't give a f*ck about anything: any wrestling, any technique, any anything," the Irishman boasted. "Let's get this smelly Dagestani rat."

      Nurmagomedov will defend his title as UFC Lightweight Champion against McGregor in Vegas on October 6.
