The death toll has risen to over 130 people, with over 150 injured, after a suicide bomber struck an election rally in Mastung in Pakistan's Baluchistan Province on Friday.

Nawabzada Siraj Raisani, younger brother of former chief minister Baluchistan Aslam Raisani and Baluchistan Awami Party (BAP) candidate for Baluchistan Assembly, is among the dead, his brother Lashkari Raisani confirmed.

The blast came hours after five were killed and 37 injured at another election rally in Baluchistan, when a bomb hidden inside a motorcycle exploded near Minister for Housing and Works Akram Khan Durrani's convoy in Bannu. Durrani escaped the attack without injury.
