
SPOTTED: Super-cute snow leopard cub cuddles with mum at Bronx Zoo
Snow leopard mother K2 showed off his new baby cub at the Wildlife Conservation Society's (WCS) Bronx, New York City on Thursday.The cub’s father, Naltar, is the son of Leo the snow leopard, who was found by the WCS workers, orphaned and injured, in northern Pakistan Mountains in 2005. Snow Leopards are native to remote mountains of Central Asia and parts of China, Mongolia, Russia, India, and are regarded as a 'Threatened' species due to low numbers.
