      Russia: Putin talks about past, present and future of Russian presidency

      Russian President Vladimir Putin answered questions about the future of the Russian presidency during a question and answer session at the Sirius Educational Centre for Gifted Children in Sochi, Friday.

      Speaking about the potentiality of his stepping down as president, the Russian leader stated that “in the end, who will lead will be decided by the people in a direct secret ballot, which is provided by the constitution of the Russian Federation. Therefore, whoever is being presented, the final choice is always with the citizens of the Russian Federation."
