Several thousand protesters marched through central Taipei on Saturday, to demonstrate against the government’s plans to reform pensions.

Protesters came from all over the country to fill the streets with anti-government placards. Demonstrators marched through the streets and finally ended outside the Presidential Office building on Ketagalan Boulevard.

The rally was the largest anti-government protest since President Tsai Ing-wen's electoral win back in January.
