USA: Check out the world first 'un-meltable' ice cream
Founder of Gastronaut Ice Cream Rob Collignon demonstrated his ‘un-meltable’ ice cream, from his Brooklyn factory, on Monday. Made from artisanal products such as Mexican chocolate and sea salt, Collingon's unique ice cream doesn't melt on hot summer days.
The Brooklyn based entrepreneur left a high powered advertising job in SoHo, New York, to travel around the United States, living out of his van and refining his process for making this essential product. As Collingnon insightfully put it, "You know it's summer, it's hot out, ice cream melts." But his product, he pointed out, does not suffer from this inevitable decline, saying, "You can take it, it's not going to melt and you can enjoy super good, premium ice cream anywhere on the planet."
He claims this will be the first all-organic artisanal ice cream ever made, and has already reached 380% of his Kickstarter goal.
