Samsung launched the new Entrim 4D virtual reality accessory at the SXSW Trade Show in Austin, Texas, on Monday.
According to a statement released by Samsung, the Entrim 4D is "a VR accessory that lets users feel the movements of the on-screen action." The device synchronises the user's body with the video content of the virtual reality using a combination of algorithms and Galvanic Vestibular Stimulation (GVS).
A wide range of other hi-tech products were on display at the trade show, including the 'Discovery 4D VR' device and Telepathy's 'Walker' smart-glass. The 'Walker' is a wearable device developed for Augmented Reality gaming that allows the user to play mobile games in first-person.
