"In Bolivia the social movements govern with the government. In Bolivia it's not bankers and private businessmen who govern," Bolivian President Evo Morales said during an address to the public at the Technical University of Berlin on Wednesday.

Morales was invited to visit the celebrated university during his official three-day visit to Germany.

"The only reason why there is no coup in the United States, is because there is no American ambassador in the United States," also joked the leftist head of state, referring to unwanted US involvement in Latin American politics.
