      Thousands of people gathered in Prague to protest against the arrival of refugees to Europe and EU migration policy, on Saturday.

      Protesters gathered for an anti-refugee and anti-Islam rally after leaders from the Czech Republic, Poland and Slovakia opposed an EU scheme to fix refugee quotas.

      About 10,000 people reportedly took part in the rally.

      Anti-refugee demonstrations drew thousands of people in Warsaw and Bratislava.
