
Russia: Putin wants 'top to bottom improvement of economy'
Russian President Vladimir Putin said he wants to see a "top to bottom improvement" in how the country is run to improve its economic situation during a meeting with Russian economic experts in Moscow on Friday.
According to Putin, the top priorities for the economy would be diversification, rapid development and a better business climate.
Present at the meeting were Prime Minister Medvedev, Finance Minister Siluanov, the Bank of Russia Governor Elvira Nabiullina, Sberbank President German Gref and the former Finance Minister Alexei Kudrin.
