Anti-Kiev militia came under attack in Logvinovo, east Ukraine, on Tuesday, costing the lives of two nearby civilians. The graphic footage shows the aftermath of the attack, and the bodies of those who died trying to flee the scene.

The civilians were travelling along the same road as anti-government forces who were driving

BTR APCs, trucks, and SUVs when the shells struck.

The troops were to relieve those who were battling Kiev soldiers who remain confined in the 'Debaltsevo Cauldron'; an embattled region North-east of Donetsk.

The Ukrainian conflict has now claimed over 5,350 lives within the space of 10 months, according to the United Nations. Officials from Ukraine, Russia, Germany and France are attending a summit in Minsk on Wednesday in an effort to find a political solution for the crisis.
