      Russia: "Have you gone crazy?" - Putin slams ministers for train chaos

      President Vladimir Putin ordered ministers to immediately re-establish regional rail services which had been cancelled in an address on Wednesday.

      Thousands of people, according to Putin, were unable to get to work meaning that businesses were affected, leading him to ask officials: "Have you gone crazy?"

      The Russian leader lambasted cabinet ministers and officials for failing to anticipate a situation whereby trains were cancelled leaving people stranded and unable to commute. He ordered them to restart the trains "immediately."
