
France: Security forces lockdown kosher grocery store site
A gunman believed to be linked to the Charlie Hebdo attack is holding hostages in a seige currently taking place at a kosher supermarket in eastern Paris.
French authorities believe that six people are being held hostage by a gunman with two guns, with reports of at least two hostages killed in the seige.
Police suspect the gunman may be linked to the shooting of a police officer in Mountrouge, a suburb of Paris, on Thursday.
Another hostage crisis seige is also currently underway in Dammartin-en-Goele, 25 km (15.5 miles) northeast of Paris, where police surrounded two men suspected of links to the Charlie Hebdo attack at a print works after reports of a police chase on the nearby A2 motorway.
