Russian Prime Minister Dmitri Medvedev held a press conference with Russian Deputy Prime Minister Dmitri Rogozin via video-link in Moscow, Monday to discuss the progress of the Vostochny spaceport's construction.

Rogozin said he is "confident" the country will open its brand new Vostochny spaceport before December 2015. He added that after inspecting the construction process that everything is "moving ahead dynamically." Rogozin also believes there is every reason to be confident that the deadline will be met for what Medvedev described as "one of our country's largest construction projects."
