Two children were killed and at least four injured in a shelling of a football pitch near School No. 63 in the Kuibyshevsky district of Donetsk, Wednesday. The children were playing football in the front of the school when the shells landed on the pitch. All the wounded were taken to the Donetsk regional trauma unit to receive treatment for shrapnel injures.

The shelling continued when medics arrived to evacuate the victims from the pitch, seriously damaging the school building.
