      US Secretary of State John Kerry blundered as he expressed the terms of peace with North Korea during a press conference with German Foreign Secretary Frank-Walter Steinmeier in Berlin, Wednesday. Kerry said that if the North Koreans are willing to discuss denuclearisation, the US will too begin the process. Realising his mistake half-way through his statement, Kerry clarified that the US will reduce American force in the region.
