
Russia: European football stars flock to St. Petersburg for FIFA conference
Coaches and technical staff of European national football teams gathered in Saint Petersburg on Tuesday to participate in the second post 2014 FIFA World Cup technical conference.
During the two days, session participants of the conference will review technical areas, refereeing, health and doping in order to see how football can be further improved for the benefit of technical teams in all 209 member associations. 2014 World Cup-winning coach Joachim Low is expected share what it takes to lead a team to glory during the current conference.
The first was session was staged last week in Panama for member associations from CONCACAF and CONMEBOL. The cycle of post-2014 World Cup conferences, jointly organized by FIFA and the respective confederations, will continue in Cairo on September 30- October 1 and in Kuala Lumpur on October 29-31.
