
Russia: "No military supplies have crossed into Ukraine" OSCE mission head says
Head of the OSCE's mission in the Rostov region, Paul Picard, gave a statement on the situation at the Russia-Ukraine border in the Rostov/Gukovo area on Friday.
According to Picard, the OSCE hasn't noticed military vehicles or supplies crossing the border. He added that although military planes and helicopters continue to patrol the area, their number has decreased significantly after the ceasefire agreement between Novorossia and Ukraine in Minsk.
