An Anti NATO counter summit occupied a public park in Newport on Wednesday as activists from all over the country, and many from abroad, converged to create 'kites not drones' and discuss tactics to be used for tomorrow's protest against NATO summit leaders.

The Celtic Manor in Newport will host the NATO summit on September 4 and 5. Security around the perimeter and other sites in Wales remains very high.
