
Russia: "We will not negotiate" Lugansk militia leader says
The Coordination Centre in Novorossia hosted the second 'International Conference - Russia, Ukraine, Novorossia: global issues and challenges' in the city of Yalta on Friday.
Among the participants of the conference were Maxim Schevchenko, a member of the Russian Presidential Council of Human Rights, and Alexey Mozgovoy, one of the militia leaders in the Lugansk region. Shevchenko spoke of how "fascism" in Kiev was playing off Russians and Ukrainians off each other, and Mozgovoy impressed his stance that militia was not planning on negotiating.
The conference was held at the Yalta-Intourist hotel.
