00:40France: Humanitarian aid packed for Iraq *POOL*
Humanitarian aid destined for Erbil in Iraqi Kurdistan was packaged at Creil air base on Saturday. The supplies were provided for by the Centre for Crisis, an organisation which operates as part of the French Ministry for Foreign Affairs. In total, a 15 metric tonne (2,362 stone) cargo worth of supplies will be distributed to the Iraqi people.
The cargo included tents, jerry cans, and medicine. Crates for the French Red Cross containing water pumps were also part of the delivery.
