German police cracked down on pro-Palestine protesters resulting in at least five arrests following a peaceful demonstration in front of the Israeli embassy in Berlin, Monday.
The unrest followed the German police order to disperse the crowd united in front of the embassy, and stretched throughout Hohenzollerndamm Avenue. The clashes culminated in Hohenzollerndam Station, where doors were destroyed and at least five people got arrested.
At least 100 pro-Palestine protesters gathered in front of the Israeli embassy to call for the end of the violence by the Israeli armed forces against the State of Palestine.
