      USA: Obama names Iranian actions in Syria 'hot and heavy'

      President Obama spoke to press on Iran and their relationship to the current situation in Iraq at the James S. Brady Press Briefing Room, Washington on Thursday afternoon.

      Refrencing Iran's stance on the Iraqi crisis, President Obama said that if Iran's approach was in the interests of different ethnic and religious groups of the region, they could play a constructive role in the current situation.

      However, Mr Obama also referenced the deep differences between the US and Iran, claiming Iran came in 'hot and heavy' in the Syrian crisis.
