      Russia: Russian troops roll back from Rostov region

      Russian troops were seen packing up and leaving their camps near the border with Ukraine in Russia's Rostov, Belgorod and Bryansk regions Monday.

      Columns of BMP-2 second-generation amphibious infantry fighting vehicles were seen on countryside roads in the Rostov region, following Russian President Vladimir Putin's order to send troops back to their permanent bases after drills they were holding in south-western regions of Russia concluded.
