      USA: Sexual relations proper only between a man and woman - Mormon leader

      Mormon leader Neil L. Andersen reaffirmed the faith's opposition to gay marriage and gay sexual relations during his address at the church's biannual general conference in Salt Lake City on Saturday. He spoke about the legalisation of gay marriage, arguing it is a betrayal of God's original message.

      While the Morman faith has relaxed somewhat in recent years with regards to its stance on homosexuality, Saturday's conference marks the second consecutive Mormon conference the issue of gay marriage has been underlined as an area of concern.
