      Belgium: Xi Jinping and Belgian king talk Volvo and cars

      Chinese President Xi Jinping and First Lady Peng Liyuan toured a Volvo factory in the Belgian city of Ghent Tuesday, where they were accompanied by King Philippe and Queen Mathilde.

      Xi's visit came as part of his European tour, his first trip to Europe since taking office. At the plant, Xi and King Philippe unveiled the 300,000th Volvo model assembled for export to China.

      The Ghent plant, the second-largest Volvo assembly line outside of Sweden, is owned by Chinese company Zhejiang Geely Holding.
