Russian President Vladimir Putin addressed the Federal Assembly in Moscow on Tuesday, two days after the Crimean referendum which favoured the Autonomous Republic rejoining the Russian Federation by a vote of 96.77 percent.
Speaking from St. George's Hall in the Grand Kremlin Palace, Putin decried the "primitive and direct cynicism of West" when it comes to NATO expansion.
