Transformers are real! Argentinian inventor creates bicycle that can be turned into outdoor gym
An Argentinian resident from Cordoba city, Esteban Brusa, managed to create the first 'bicycle transformer' that can be quickly transformed into an outdoor gym for workout sessions in parks within five minutes, as footage captured on Thursday shows.
Brusa, who used to live in the US, came up with the idea while walking around one of California's beaches, as he noticed how trainers struggle to bring dumbbells, weights and mats to local parks and beaches to enjoy an outdoor workout session with clients.
The ambitious guy then returned to Cordoba, Argentina, where he decided to put his idea into practice and collaborated with Lester Cargo Bike for the design.
"This is the first gym bike in the world; it is certified and patented in 118 countries," he said. "It is built on a cargo bicycle, which allows carrying cargo, in this case, Fitness tools to facilitate the work of a teacher in teaching classes."
Esteban hopes that his unique invention will help get more people into working out and reaching their physical goals everywhere.
"With this product, we dream that physical activity reaches everywhere, at home, that the family can call the physical activity service, not only at home, at any point of interest," he said.
