French President Francois Hollande greeted European leaders as they arrived for the Western Balkans Summit in Paris, Monday.
The meeting is set strengthen cooperation between six Western Balkan states, including Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Macedonia, Montenegro and Serbia.
German Chancellor Angela Merkel and Austrian Chancellor Werner Faymann and High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Federica Mogherini were also in attendance.
