
USA: Police arrest 30 in Baltimore after curfew
Around 30 protests were arrested in Baltimore on Saturday, shortly after the city's 22.00 curfew came into effect.
The protesters, who were among a group of 40 demonstrators, had been marching from the Pennsylvania and North intersection to the neighbourhood of the John Hopkins metro station.
Dozens of police cars followed the protesters on their route eventually rounding them up in an alley. Police handcuffed and loaded protesters into the police vans one hour after the curfew.
