Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan was welcomed by German Chancellor Angela Merkel at the Hotel Atlantic in Hamburg, on Thursday evening, as he arrived in the northern German city ahead of the twelfth G20 summit.
The G20 summit will be held in the city of Hamburg on July 7 and 8, and will see the participation of the leaders of 19 major economies and the EU.
