Hundreds of Moroccan fans flocked to Rabat bars to watch their team debut at the Qatar World Cup on Wednesday in Rabat.
Fans could be seen watching the morning early kick-off of the Morocco team against vice World Champions Croatia.
"This match was fantastic. Thank God, it ended in a draw. Honestly, the players put a big effort into the game, and I'm so so happy," said one Morocco fan.
They did very well and played with enthusiasm. There was a good defence, and hopefully, in the next games there will be good results, God willing," added another.
Morocco ended up earning a hard-fought draw (0-0) to kickstart their World cup campaign. They will face Belgium in their next outing on Sunday
