Hundreds of people attended the opening of the 32nd International Oktoberfest in Qingdao on Friday.
During Oktoberfest, the main venue's theatrical performances weekly plan different themes for the celebration, forming four thematic sessions. This year they are called 'A modern era of flourishing glory', 'Awakening era of hot youth', 'Golden Age of reform and opening up' and 'Prosperous years of national revival'.
The four main themes span more than 100 years of experience at home and abroad and run through the entire Oktoberfest, paying homage to a great new era in the historical era's development review.
