
Azerbaijan: 16-year-old killed in Terter attack - assistant to president
Hikmet Hajiyev, an assistant to Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev, announced on Twitter on Saturday that a 16-year-old boy was killed in an attack on the city of Terter.
According to the Hajiyev, the boy was collecting persimmons in the garden near his house the area was shelled.
Footage shows the alleged aftermath of the attack.
Fighting between Armenia and Azerbaijan over the disputed region of Nagorno-Karabakh broke out on September 27.
The hostilities continued despite Yerevan and Baku agreeing on a second humanitarian truce on October 17.
