Let's play! - Arcade machines association invites nostalgia fans to revisit their favourite games in Barcelona
The non-profit association 'ARCADE Cocamatic' set up a club for arcade machine lovers to gather and share their common hobby in Barcelona.
Footage recorded on Saturday showed a complete collection of machines, from the first ones that came on the market to the last models to launch.
"This is a project that was born at the end of 2013, with the goal of bringing together a group of people and recovering that feeling from those arcades we went to while growing up", explained Oscar, the club president.
"It is very important, because there are not many places left to play with these machines", commented one of the members.
'Cocamatic' owns the first video game machine developed and commercialized in Spain, 'Destroyers', launched in 1980.
