The Manager of De Paco Restaurant Francisco Porrero is making success in Madrid by selling a whole menu which costs only 3.50 euros.
He shared that before having the idea of selling the 3.50 euros menu, he was almost bankrupt. Porrero also stated that his initiative was the main reason why he was able to maintain his business.
“It is profitable because little by little it makes a lot. In other words, the more you sell, the more you make,” he said.
The manager mentioned that after January 16, when he first started to sell the low cost meals, he is experiencing an increase of the number of clients coming to his restaurant. He explained that he also decided to create a group chat with his customers to better assist them.
According to one of the customers Sonia, the food that Porrero makes is tasty and it is rare to see people eating for such a low price.
“On Sundays I come to eat here with my husband and my daughter," she added.
The meal consists of a main course with a dessert, bread and a bottle of water.
